Great Torrington Scarecrow Competition

The Great Torrington Cavaliers in England organized a competition/fund raiser encouraging homeowners and businesses to make and display scarecrows.  Entries included Spiderman, Spongebob, and this punk rocker.  No word if any of them eventually received brains from the wizard.
